Bollywood star Salman Khan has some interesting news to share about his much-awaited movie, "Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai."

The actor took to Instagram on Saturday to share the latest poster of the movie, which will release on May 13.

"It was Eid festival's commitment, therefore the movie will release on Eid #RadheOn13thMay #2MonthsToRadhe," he captioned the post. The 55-year-old actor is referring to a popular dialogue from his film "Wanted," where he says, "Once I make a commitment… I don't even listen to myself."

The new poster shows Khan firing a pistol while flaunting his chiseled physique. The backdrop has a battleground, artillery, and helicopters. All the elements in the poster hint toward a massive action entertainer just like Khan's many other projects.

Shariq Patel, the chief business officer of Zee Studios (the film's distributors), told Bollywood Hungama, "we are excited to bring back audiences to cinemas through this partnership with Salman Khan as his movies create an atmosphere of festivity."

"This would be one of the biggest movies in 2021 and we are keen to see the audience support/response," he added. "I am sure it would be a delight for the fans after a tough year. Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai will be the perfect Eidi for Salman fans and cinema goers."

Khan's spokesperson also reflected on the special connection the actor shares with the Eid festival.

"Salman Khan and Eid have a special connection and we at Salman Khan Films are happy to continue the tradition with Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai," the spokesperson said. We are looking forward to bring back the era of clapping, cheering, whistling and the 'house-full' boards Salman Khan's movies are known for."

The upcoming action movie, directed by Prabhu Deva, will be the second big Bollywood release following the COVID-19 pandemic. Bollywood star Akshay Kumar announced Sunday that his delayed movie, "Sooryavanshi," will release on April 30.

Khan's action-adventure movie also stars Jackie Shroff, Randeep Hooda, and Disha Patani in key roles. The movie is an official remake of the South Korean film "Veteran," which was released in 2015.
