A man was found dead at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee, on Friday morning. According to reports, the festivalgoer was found unresponsive in his care at one of the event's camping sites.

The medical team in the event site's Plaza 6 camping area was asked for medical assistance to help the 35-year-old man. The Coffee County Medical Examiner’s office later pronounced the man dead. The victim was identified as Michael Craddock Jr. of Mount Juliet.

The cause of death for the man is yet to be determined, but festival organizers claim that the heat in the car may have contributed to his death. A representative for the Coffee County Sherrif's Department said roughly two dozen people had needed some form of medical attention so far during this year’s festival due to the heat-related issues.

The representative also said the case is currently under investigation. It is the first time someone has died at Bonnaroo since 2015. Coffee County Sheriff Steve Graves said no foul play is suspected at this time.

"The safety of our patrons is our highest priority, and our sympathies go out to his family and friends," said Bonnaroo organizers in a statement.

Bonnaroo 2018 kicked off Thursday and runs through Sunday with performances by Eminem, The Killers, Muse, Khalid and more.

"Highs in the upper 80s to near 90 will be with Manchester and Bonnaroo through the weekend, but middle Tennessee could see a few more showers and storms on Saturday and Sunday," weather.com meteorologist Jonathan Belles said about the heat.

Festival organizers recommend drinking plenty of water and other non-alcoholic beverages to stay hydrated. They also advised to pack a hat and wear breathable clothing to beat the heat while attending the music festival.
