COVID-19 has continued to cause disturbances to everyday life as its spread has advanced around the world. Now, K-pop band BTS has taken a new step in order to stay close with their fans during the outbreak. This comes after the group's members revealed their individual struggles as a result of the pandemic.

According to Forbes, the "Boy With Luv" group has started offering a series of free lessons to learn Korean. As stated in a press release from Big Hit Entertainment, the videos were created so that their fans can have a better understanding of their songs. As a result, they hope that the instructions will "make it easy and fun for global fans who have difficulty enjoying BTS' music and contents due to the language barrier."

The publication reports that the classes will pair older clips with new material that focuses on "the Korean expressions frequently used by RM, Jin, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, V and Jungkook." Each video will be roughly three minutes long and will "feature simple Korean grammar and expressions."

Aside from the new way that the "Black Swan" singers are working to connect with their fans throughout the ongoing pandemic, the band has also remained in the news for a variety of other reasons throughout the course of the past several months. Not only did they set a new record within 72 hours in February, but they also became the first musical act to earn an impressive achievement last fall.

Those that are interested in taking part in the new BTS series can find the first three episodes on the Weverse site. A new episode will be released every Monday.
