Camila Cabello returned to the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards two years after she set the stage on fire with her super sexy performance of “Señorita” with beau Shawn Mendes.

Cabello took to the stage showing off her curves and Latina flare as she performed her latest single “Don’t Go Yet.” The song is the first single from her upcoming third album “Familia,” a follow-up to her 2019 album “Romance.”

MTV shared a clip of Cabello's performance on Twitter. “It's safe to say @Camila Cabello just amazed us all with that performance of "Don't Go Yet" at the #VMAs," the caption read.

Cabello entered the stage with a black and white filter that took fans back to the early 1900s. She was followed by a slew of dancers who paid homage to her Latin roots. She belted out both Spanish and English lyrics with style while flaunting impressive dance moves.

The 24-year-old singer accentuated her curves with a black and pink dress and wore her hair in long braids.

Cabello ended her performance with a shout-out to her boyfriend Mendes who performed soon after. “Give it up for my guy, Shawn Mendes,” Cabello said at the end of her performance while blowing a kiss.

While Cabello chose a dramatic setting for her performance, Mendes opted for a simpler set-up for his track “Summer Of Love.”

“Don’t Go Yet” was released back in July. In the single’s music video, Cabello embraced her Cuban-Mexican roots in several scenes as she showcased Latin dance.

At the time of the single’s release, Cabello shared with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1 that she simply wanted to “manifest collective joy” through her album.

"I want it to be that kind of family affair selfishly because it would make me happy. It would make my life better and that's what I want, so that's really what I was trying to manifest with this whole album," she explained.

"Don't Go Yet" is "sonically and melodically just me being free," Cabello said. The singer added "I think being in Miami for so long and having more family around me and speaking Spanish more just kind of brought me back. I think my roots went deeper in a way that I really needed."
