It’s getting pretty close to becoming the most wonderful time of the year and there is no better way to kick off the holiday season than watching a bunch of themed episodes and television specials.

Luckily, CBS has every intention of airing several programs that are sure to get viewers in the holiday spirit. Check out the network's holiday schedule below.

Thursday, Nov. 23

“Thanksgiving Day Parade” (9 a.m. EST) -- CBS will be airing its 57th annual telecast of the New York City parade, hosted by Entertainment Tonight anchor Kevin Frazier and Keltie Knight. The special will feature several segments and performances from the 91st annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.

Friday, Nov. 24

“Frosty The Snowman” (8 p.m. EST)

Relive the tale of the “jolly, happy soul,” a snowman named Frosty, who was brought to life thanks to a magician named Hinkle’s top hat. However, when the temperatures start to rise and Hinkle wants his hat back, Frosty must figure out how to remain alive.

“Frosty Returns” (8:30 p.m. EST) -- Frosty is back once again, enjoying the cold temperatures that winter has to offer, but when an inventor creates an aerosol spray that makes snow disappear and causes Frosty severe pain, the snowman must find a way to put an end to the town’s dislike of snow.

“Grammys Greatest Stories: A 60th Anniversary Special” (9 p.m. EST)

Relive some of the most epic moments in Grammy history that have taken place over the past 59 years. Viewers can expect appearances from Grammy Award winners like Bruno Mars, Mary J. Blige, Paul McCartney and more. The special will include exclusive interviews, behind the scenes clips and epic performances.

Saturday, Nov. 25

“Robbie The Reindeer: Hooves Of Fire” (8 p.m. EST) -- Meet Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer’s lazy son, Robbie, who must shed his slacker ways in order to compete in the Reindeer Races. If he comes out victorious, the reindeer gets the chance to become a part of Santa’s coveted sleigh team.

“Robbie The Reindeer: Legend Of The Lost Tribe” (8:30 p.m. EST) -- In the second holiday special, Robbie must face off against Blitzen, who has captured all the reindeer and turned them into robots in order to create a reindeer theme park. When Robbie realizes he can’t defeat his nemesis alone, he seeks help from the lost tribe.

“The Story Of Santa Claus” (9 p.m. EST)

Tuesday, Nov. 28

“Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer” (8 p.m. EST)

Rudolph’s shy demeanor has made him the laughing stock of Christmasville, but when Santa calls on the reindeer and his shiny nose to lead his sleigh on Christmas, things will never be the same.

“The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show” (10 p.m. EST)

Victoria’s Secret angels Bella Hadid, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Lily Aldridge and more, will don sexy lingerie on the runway during this fashion show special, which includes exclusive interviews, musical performances and more.

Wednesday, Nov. 29

“Bruno Mars: 24K Magic Live At The Apollo” (10 p.m. EST) -- CBS will broadcast Bruno Mars’ first primetime television special, taped at the Apollo Theater in New York City. Along with performing some of his hit songs, Mars and his band will explore NYC while singing and entertaining the city’s inhabitants.

Sunday, Dec. 3

“The Carol Burnett 50th Anniversary Special” (10 p.m. EST) -- Tune in as CBS celebrates the 50th anniversary of the award-winning comedy series, “The Carol Burnett Show.” Watch the special, in which Burnett reflects on her favorite guest stars, sketches, bloopers and more.

Friday, Dec. 22

“I Love Lucy Christmas Special” (8 p.m. EST) -- CBS will air colorized versions of the “I Love Lucy” Christmas episode and “The Fashion Show,” back to back.

“The Dick Van Dyke Show” (9 p.m. EST) -- Tune in and catch the newly colorized versions of Mary Tyler Moore’s most memorable episodes, “My Blonde-Haired Brunette” and “October Eve.”

Tuesday, Dec. 26

“The 40th Annual Kennedy Center Honors (9 p.m. EST) -- CBS will broadcast the special event once again, following 40 years of celebration. Join LL Cool J, Gloria Estefan, Norman Lear, Lionel Richie and more, as they are honored for their achievements in the entertainment industry.
