Well, the results are in, and Billboard was right. Brown's album debuted in the top spot of the music charts with more than 273,000 albums sold. That is about triple the amount sold of his last album, Graffiti.

Jennifer Hudson's album, I Remember Me came took the second spot while the highly anticipated Angles by The Strokes came in fourth. Their last albums, Room on Fire and First Impressions of Earth both debuted the charts in the fourth spot.

Much hype was created around Brown's name in the last couple of days. Brown was a guest on Good Morning America and got visibly upset and stormed out of the building while breaking a window when asked about his felony charge.

Brown later stated that he was on the show to promote F.A.M.E. and did not want to discuss what had happened between him and singer Rihanna several years ago.

Brown later apologized for his actions saying he wanted move past the incident.
