They already found their plans to separate John and Marlena and keep them for themselves had gone awry, and now, more setbacks will continue to threaten everything that Princess Gina and Stefano have done on the Tuesday, Feb. 11 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Not only did Shawn (Brandon Beemer) and Rafe (Galen Gering) figure out the truth that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) had been brainwashed into being Princess Gina once again, but Stefano’s (Stephen Nicholls) attempt to seduce Marlena (Deidre Hall) after claiming John (Drake Hogestyn) was dead also failed when it became clear she was really Hattie (also Hall). Now, with Chad (Billy Flynn) and Abigail (Kate Mansi) also discovering the secret lair and the fact that Stefano is Steve, everything has gone haywire, and both will be forced to take more drastic measures as their secrets threaten to be exposed to everyone.

On Stefano’s end, he will have to turn against his son, who threatened to turn him in for trying to kill Hattie, even as they have been working to take back DiMera together. As a result, he and Abigail will now find themselves in trouble as Stefano makes sure they can’t rat him out.

“Chad and Abigail get locked inside Gina’s lair,” spoilers reveal.

If they are locked in the lair without their cellphones or any way of reaching anyone outside, they can’t warn those who are not already in the know that Steve isn’t really who he claims to be. As a result, while he makes his next move, there will be no warning—and it is something that needs to be warned.

Meanwhile, Princess Gina had her own struggles when John refused her advances and Marlena then showed up to keep her at bay. Now, with the other woman as her hostage she has to consider her own next move, but she won’t be able to return to Salem since a crime she successfully kept covered up for over a year will finally be exposed.

“Jennifer finally remembers it was Hope who pushed her off the balcony,” spoilers state.

As Princess Gina, the first thing that she did last year was thwart Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) from exposing that she was being programmed again. As a result, on the day Jennifer and Jack (Matthew Ashford) remarried, she threw Jennifer off a balcony and to the ground below to ensure she could not reveal the truth. She was in a year-long coma afterward and did not remember what happened—which led to Eve (Kassie DePaiva) and Rolf (William Utay) both being framed for the crime.

With Jennifer now remembering that Hope was the one who pushed her, and the reveal that she is actually Princess Gina once again on the horizon, time may be running out for the alternate personality to do everything she planned.

“Days of Our Lives” airs weekdays on NBC.
