A slip of the tongue? Eva Mendes seemingly confirmed that she's married to Ryan Gosling in a new interview.

The 48-year-old Hollywood actress recently did a guest appearance on Australian TV, and she might have confirmed her secret wedding to the 42-year-old actor during the interview.

Mendes was supposedly going to talk about her charity work in Australia during her appearance on Channel Nine's "Today" on Friday, when she casually called Gosling her "husband" in passing, People reported Sunday.

"Everyone is so welcoming here, and my husband Ryan is here, and we are having the best time," Mendes told TV hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon.

Reps for the couple were quickly asked by People to comment on Mendes' statement, but they refused to answer.

Mendes seemed unfazed by her attention-grabbing mention of the word "husband" during the show and even joked about Gosling being "ordinary"-looking after the hosts played a shirtless clip of him from "Crazy, Stupid, Love," according to Page Six.

She also shared that her partner is the one cooking and baking in their family.

"Yeah, that's my life, unfortunately. And he's a great cook and he bakes. I got the short end of the stick, didn't I," she jokingly added.

Mendes' comment comes shortly after she hinted at becoming "Mrs. Gosling" via Instagram by sharing a photo of a tattoo on her wrist featuring the words "de Gosling."

The use of "de" or "of" in Hispanic culture unifies the woman's last name with her husband's after marriage, People noted.

Mendes and Gosling have been together for 11 years after meeting each other on the set of "The Place Beyond the Pines" in 2011. They are already parents to two daughters, Esmeralda, 8, and Amada, 6, but they never publicly confirmed their relationship status.

In 2020, the "Ghost Rider" star revealed that she never wanted to become a mother because she wasn't fond of babies, but she changed her mind when she met the "La La Land" actor.

"I never wanted babies before until I fell in love with Ryan, and it kind of worked out to where I was 40 and having my first baby. I think I was 42 for the second one, so it worked out in that way that I had a career and then I change my focus to my family," she said at the time.
