Josh Duggar may be spending the Thanksgiving holiday with his family in Springdale, Arkansas. The report comes one day after a small plane carrying his father, "19 Kids and Counting" patriarch Jim Bob Duggar, was spotted landing at an airport near the rehab facility Josh has been at for the past three months.

According to Entertainment Tonight, several people, including Jim Bob, were seen arriving at an airport in Rockford, Illinois, on Thursday. The outlet claims the plane is the same aircraft that was spotted in August when Josh first checked into Reformers Unanimous.

The plane was supposedly on the ground for a few hours and then took off again headed towards the Duggar family home in Arkansas. ET reports that it's possible Josh may spend Thanksgiving at home with his family, but it seems certain members of the large brood are being kept in the dark about Josh's whereabouts.

A source told the outlet that the family has not been communicating with each other.

"It’s weird and tough,” the source said. “I think they just don’t really trust a lot of people right now, so they want to keep things on a ‘need-to-know’ basis.”

The source further said they hope Josh hasn't left rehab because he still needs treatment.

“It would be different if Josh was actually sorry. He could have said ‘I’ve got problems,’ but instead, he hid it," the source explained. "When you live in a fishbowl, people are going to find out.”

If Josh did in fact leave the Christian-based treatment facility, it's likely the 27-year-old TLC reality star would have to return to Reformers Unanimous after the holiday. Radar Online reported that he is in a six-month program and would have to continue his treatment until February.

As previously reported, Josh checked into rehab three months ago after it was revealed he "inappropriately touched" five minor girls, including his sisters Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald, when he was a teenager.

Josh faced a second scandal when he admitted to having accounts on the cheating site Ashley Madison and being "unfaithful" to Anna Duggar, his wife and mother of their four children.
