  • 343 Industries recently released a new announcement for "Halo" fans
  • The devs confirmed another bad news about "Halo 5: Guardians"
  • "Halo Infinite" is still set to arrive in 2021

“Halo 5: Guardians” will not be included in the overall compilation of “Halo” titles dubbed as the “Halo: The Master Chief Collection,” according to 343 Industries. The said collection is proven to be an excellent choice for new gamers of the franchise as well as for older fans. The devs’ latest confirmation would certainly disappoint expectant gamers hoping to see the recent game installment in the collection.

343 Industries mentioned last year that it plans to bring “Halo: The Master Chief Collection” and “Halo Reach” to the PC port. In a fresh blog, the gaming studio reaffirmed this and said that “Halo 5: Guardians” will not be added to the collection. This applies to the PX and Xbox One versions of the collection.

The news might be disappointing for expectant “Halo” fans, but 2020 is a bit of a rough year for them. Earlier, the gaming studio confirmed that the release of “Halo Infinite” would be delayed and would launch alongside Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. The game is now set to arrive sometime in 2021.

However, next-gen console owners can still enjoy the “Halo” The Master Chief Collection” and “Halo 5: Guardians” in their new gaming system. Meanwhile, “Halo” insiders would soon be able to participate in the “Halo 4” PC public fight. According to 343 Industries, the team intends to invite every eligible and registered.
“Halo” insider to participate.

The blog further stated that “Much like our other flights, on top of the obvious addition of an entirely new title, there should be plenty of new features and improvements – like the potential addition of crossplay – to get your hands on.” “Halo: The Master Chief Collection”

“Halo: The Master Chief Collection” is available worldwide and playable on PC and Xbox One. At present, it is consists of “Halo: Combat Evolved,” “Halo 2,” “Halo 3,” “Halo 3: ODST” and “Halo: Reach.” Meanwhile, “Halo 4” is available for Xbox One players.

“Halo 5: Guardians” was officially released for Xbox One in Oct. 2015. It is the biggest Halo launch title and the fastest-selling Xbox One exclusive game.
