'Dragon Quest: The Adventure Of Dai' Episode 86 Spoilers, Preview, Release Date

Dai foils Vearn's Calamitous Wall as his skills go beyond the opponent's abilities in "Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai" Episode 86. The new episode is titled "Killvearn's Trap."

The official promo trailer of Episode 86 is out now. Apart from showcasing Dai's renewed strength, the episode will also focus on Killvearn and Avan's fight.

The duel between Avan and Killvearn is getting even more intense. Avan is angry at Killvearn's cruelty, while the latter remains calm.

Eventually, their battle is about to reach its conclusion.

In the previous episode, after destroying the core of Vearn's Palace, Dai and Leona headed to the top of the Tower of Supremacy.

Meanwhile, Maam, Popp and their team were battling against Mystvearn. Despite landing several mortal blows, they could not hurt Mystvearn.

They had to find the secret to his strength. Elsewhere, Dai and Leona reached the top of the tower to find the dome destroyed by Dai's powerful spell that he used to annihilate the core.

Leona wondered if Vearn was also hit by the spell. Dai said he might have taken some damage from the attack.

"Dai and Leona reach the top of the Tower of Supremacy. Facing Vearn, Dai recalls his past loss against him and is struck with fear. Vearn is wary of Dai's Twin Dragon Crests," read the official synopsis of "Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai" Episode 85, as per Crunchyroll.

The cast of the anime includes Atsumi Tanezaki as Dai, Hiroyuki Yoshino as Killvearn, Kiyono Yasuno as Marin, Kazuhiro Yamaji as Matliff, Yuuki Kaji as Hyunckel, Yui Ishikawa as Amy, Toshiyuki Toyonaga as Popp, Tomokazu Seki as Hadlar, Tomoaki Maeno as Crocodine, Takaya Hashi as Vearn, Takehito Koyasu as Mystvearn, Takahiro Sakurai as Avan, Saori Hayami as Leona, Mikako Komatsu as Maam, Ai Furihata as Gome, Hiroki Touchi as Lon Beruk, Akira Ishida as Larhalt, Konomi Kohara as Merle, Mitsuo Iwata as Zaboera and Tesshō Genda as Maximum.

The anime is based on the original story by Koji Inada and Riku Sanjo.

"Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai" Episode 86 will air this Saturday. The episode will be available on Crunchyroll and Hulu. The new installment will stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
