Drake Bell and Josh Peck are still good friends.

Bell and Peck reunited at the 2017 MTV VMAs and there was no bad blood between the two. Peck recorded their friendly encounter for his blog on YouTube.

In the clip, Bell was walking when Peck suddenly appeared by his side. Peck placed his arms around his "Drake & Josh" co-star while holding the camera in his other hand. "Come on," Peck told Bell.

Bell responded warmly. "What's up buddy? Is this happening right now live? Is this really right now live?" he asked. Peck planted a kiss on his head and answered, "this is being streamed live." The newly wed even joked at Bell to tell Facebook to be nice to him. The "Superhero Movie" star smiled and said, "Oh my God, it's not even my fault."

The recording cut into another scene where the duo was still together. "This is real life. This is it. You're welcome childhood," Peck said. "It just feels right," Bell added.

Bell threw shade at Peck after the latter failed to invite him to his wedding with Paige O'Brien. Bell ranted on Twitter saying, "We're not invited to the wedding the message is clear… Loyalty is key. ALWAYS remember where you came from." In another post, Bell wrote, "True colors have come out today. Message is loud and clear. Ties are officially cut. I'll miss you brotha." The said posts have since been deleted.

Weeks after Bell posted a tweet against Josh about the wedding snub, he admitted that he was caught off-guard. Bell said that he had no "hard feelings" for his former "Drake & Jake" co-star whom he considered as his best friends for 18 years. According to him, they have communication. In fact, he knew about the engagement, so he was expecting to be among the wedding guests.

"We've been so close, it was just one of those things where you know, I'd been talking to him, and he's been telling me about the engagement. And then I saw on social media, the wedding, and I didn't hear about it," Bell told Entertainment Tonight. "So, it was just one of those things where it was just like, 'You didn't even tell me?! I had to find out on social media?' And then you're like, 'You know what!? Fine!' and then I'm like, wait, I probably shouldn't have done that."

Bell admitted that he was being cranky and that he should have texted Peck instead of ranting his sentiments on social media. He added that he still wants to work with Peck.
