Lifetime’s “It’s A Wonderful Lifetime” programming event continues tonight with the premiere of “The Enchanted Christmas Cake,” starring Erica Durance and Robin Dunne.

The film is sure to be a delight for fans, as it will allow them to see two former co-stars reunite, as Durance and Dunne previously starred together in upTV’s 2019 film, “The Christmas Chalet.” Of course, it will also be a treat since they likely recognize both stars from recent projects.

Durance previously starred in Lifetime’s “Christmas Stars,” though some may also recognize her from this year’s Hallmark Channel film “Open By Christmas.” She is also well known for her role as Dr. Alex Reid on “Saving Hope.” As for Dunne, he has featured in both “The Christmas Temp” and “Christmas Movie Magic” on Lifetime previously, as well as the film “His Fatal Fixation.”

So what can fans look forward to in this film? Let’s find out.

“After recently losing her grandmother, Gwen (Durance) is struggling to run their bakery, regain the Christmas spirit, and figure out her grandmother’s magical recipe for the town’s legendary Enchanted Christmas Cake,” a synopsis reads. “So, when a high-end chef comes to town to film a Christmas special, Gwen reluctantly agrees to help the producer Gavin (Dunne) prepare for the shoot to help support the bakery.”

However, Gwen unexpectedly finds herself drawn to Gavin in ways she didn’t expect.

“As sparks fly, will she discover that Gavin is the secret ingredient she was missing all along?” the synopsis asks.

“The Enchanted Christmas Cake” airs Wednesday at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
