Facebook started testing their communications tool, Facebook at Work, with a ton of different companies. Not only has Facebook at Work been renamed to “Workplace by Facebook," but they officially released it. Starting today, any company can use Workplace by Facebook.

Workplace by Facebook is launching as a mobile app and as desktop with News Feed, Groups for your own company, Chat direct messaging, Live video, Reactions, translation features, and video and audio calling - is open for anyone to use. This makes it easier for you to chat with your colleagues in real time, host virtual brainstorming sessions in Group, or follow your CEO's presentation on Facebook Live.

Workplace by Facebook also features unlimited file, photo, and video storage, monitoring tools, team project groups, and Single-sign on support. Integration with G Suite, Okta, OneLogin, Pink, and Windows Azure Ad is also supported.

Facebook will charge $3 per user per month for the first 1,000 users; $2 for the next 1,000-10,000; and $1 for any mostly average users beyond that. You can check out the pricing for Workplace here.
