The tough week for Fifth Harmony has just gotten even more difficult for group member Ally Brooke Hernandez. On top of Camila Cabello leaving the group and Hernandez choosing to unfollow the band’s official Instagram account, the singer’s cat died.

In the early hours of Friday morning, Hernandez posted a photo of herself with the cat announcing to her Instagram followers that her pet Bobbi has passed away. Attached to the picture was a caption where the singer expressed how grateful she was to have had the animal in her life.

“Thank you for being by my side through everything. Thank you for cuddling me like no one ever could,” she wrote. Hernandez went on to thank Bobbi for the special bond they formed and the many memories they shared.

“Although I am truly heartbroken, I am thankful that you are with Jesus, no longer in pain. Bobbi, I will never be able to say how much I love you and how much you meant to me,” she wrote. The singer explained that even though her pet may be gone, the cat will always have a special place in her heart.

“My baby girl.I will keep you safe in my heart forever.I love you Bobbi,” she wrote. Although she has lost her beloved pet, it looks like Hernandez has plenty of support from those closest to her.

Artist Ty Dolla $ign, who was featured on the group’s hit song “Work from Home,” offered his condolences to the grieving songstress. “Sorry for your lost Ally,” he wrote in her comment section.

Hernandez will have some time to mourn her lost as the group is not scheduled to hit the stage again until Feb. 20, 2017.
