Many times on HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” fans find themselves speculating on what dearly departed characters would have to say about the events unfolding on screen in Season 6. Now, thanks to social media, fans have been given a small glimpse at what one of the show’s greatest warriors thinks of this week’s biggest moment.

[SPOILER ALERT: The remainder of this article will discuss the latest episode of “Game of Thrones.”]

With Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) captured by the new Dothraki regime, people couldn’t help but feel like the army’s former leader, and Dany’s ex-husband, Khal Drogo (Jason Momoa) would be able to fix all her problems with one quick, yet horribly bloody, fight. However, since that character died at the end of Season 1, fans will just have to settle for the actor’s thoughts on the matter.

Following the explosive moment in which Dany burned the Dothraki leadership alive and seized control of the army, the “Aquaman” actor took to Instagram to share his thoughts on the matter, and quite frankly they were simple.

Although Momoa is not longer affiliated with “Game of Thrones,” he still keeps good tabs on the Daenerys storyline, like the looming spectre of Khal Drogo. The actor, who is currently hard at work bringing Aquaman to life on the big screen in DC’s extended film universe, has been paying close attention to Dany’s moments in Season 6. Obviously the events in the show recently have been particularly relevant to him, as his name has been invoked several times to protect the young woman from a whole manner of unspeakable things that the horse army tends to do to its captor.

Previously, sites like Esquire took the captions of these photos as hints that Momoa would return to the “Game of Thrones” set to reprise his role as Khal Drogo, possibly in some kind of flashback sequence. Some allegedly leaked set photos posted by Daily Mail showing the actor on set appeared to fuel these rumors, but those photos ended up being false. Still, now that the show has surpassed the books, it’s possible that a return of Momoa isn’t out of the question. However, with Aquaman occupying most of his time, it might be a difficult task to get the horse lord back on the show.
