A Wendy's location in Milton, Florida, is being investigated after a video of a former male employee taking a bath in the fast food restaurant's sink went viral.

The video was posted on May 21 by a woman on Facebook. In the footage, the unidentified gentleman wore just a pair of shorts. Fox confirmed the male in the video is a former employee after speaking with a rep from the franchise. The spokesperson also released the following statement.

"Our franchise is taking this incident seriously and it is obviously totally unacceptable. This was a prank by a person who no longer works at this restaurant, and who clearly did not use good judgment."

In the video, one person tells the former employee, "Go, go go go, oh [expletive] take a bath, take a bath. Get in there." The footage also showed several other Wendy's employees filming him on their phones.

In addition to Wendy's looking into the matter, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation is also conducting an investigation, according to NBC affiliate WCMH-TV.

As of Friday morning, the video had accrued over 512,000 views on Facebook.
