‘The Fosters’
What will Callie's (Maia Mitchell) decision be about her plea deal in “The Fosters” Season 4, episode 20? Freeform

The Fosters” Season 4, episode 20 will finally seal Callie’s (Maia Mitchell) fate.

In “Until Tomorrow,” Callie must decide if she would take the plea deal or go to trial for her felony case. If Callie decides to go to trial, she will be putting herself at risk for a longer sentence. However, not going to trial means she will be sent to jail for three years. Callie doesn’t have much time especially since the district attorney seems to be targeting her.

Callie is also known for making impulsive decisions so it’s possible that she will accept the plea deal and head to jail. But her moms, Stef (Teri Polo) and Lena (Sherri Saum), are strongly against it because they believe that Callie can prove her innocence just as long as she finds a good and reliable attorney. On the other hand, Callie doesn’t have a clean track record so even if she’s innocent, it’s challenging to prove that she is because of her background.

Elsewhere, Stef and Mike (Danny Nucci) will hunt for leads in Martha Johnson’s murder. It was recently revealed that Callie was wrong for trusting that Martha’s grandson, who is already behind bars, is innocent. Previously, Callie pinned Martha’s death on Troy (Levi Fiehler), but in episode 19, it was revealed that Troy is innocent.

Meanwhile, Jesus (Noah Centineo) will finally confront Emma (Amanda Leighton) about her abortion. In episode 19, Jesus found out that his girlfriend underwent the procedure when he read Mariana’s (Cierra Ramirez) mysterious post. In the promo released by Freeform, Jesus screams at Emma before running away. Emma tries to stop Jesus, but it could be too late. Jesus has not yet fully recovered from his serious condition so stressing him out could be very risky.

“The Fosters” Season 4, episode 20 will air on Freeform on April 11 at 8 p.m. EST.
