The Fosters” Season 4, episode 19 recently saw Jesus (Noah Centineo) keeping a huge secret from his parents, Stef (Teri Polo) and Lena (Sherri Saum).

In “Who Knows,” Jesus’ dad, Gabe (Brandon Quinn), finally decided to move into the garage so he could be close to his teenage children. Jesus was helping Gabe settle down when he suddenly let him in on a huge secret. The troubled teen told Gabe that he already stopped taking his meds because of its side effects. In the premiere episode, Jesus survived a near-fatal crash, but he’s still struggling with difficulties in speaking and writing. Now that he stopped taking his meds, the side effects of his terrible fall have become more evident.

To his face, Gabe made it seem as though he understood why Jesus stopped taking his medication. The latter is worried about being impotent. But Gabe knew that he had to interfere as Jesus’ parent so he told Stef and Lena about it. When his moms confronted him, this made Jesus even more upset with Gabe. He lashed out at him, and Gabe just took everything.

While checking their school’s mysterious Twitter account, Jesus realized that it’s Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) who has been posting cryptic information on the social media platform. One of Mariana’s posts had to do with her best friend not telling her that she’s pregnant. This led Jesus to realize that Mariana got upset with Emma for not telling her about the latter’s pregnancy.
