Nelle believes that everything thing she wants will fall into place once she gains control of Shiloh’s ELQ stock. On the Tuesday, Jan. 21 episode of “General Hospital,” Willow, Michael, and Carly will threaten her plan and future with Wiley.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) challenges Nelle (Chloe Lanier) to mention Jonah’s name one more time and see what happens. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Nelle is shaken.

In the previous episode, Michael (Chad Duell) offered Nelle a room at the Quartermaine mansion to get her out of Brad’s (Parry Shen) apartment. However, he wasn’t being generous, his goal was to get Nelle away from Wiley (Erik and Theo Olson). Michael also vowed to protect Wiley, even if it meant taking him away from Brad.

In the upcoming episode, Nelle will have an unpleasant run-in with Carly at the Metro Court. Nelle will attempt to taunt Carly by reminding her about her dead grandson. Viewers are aware that Wiley is the son Nelle shares with Michael, but she swapped babies with Brad shortly after she gave birth.

At the time, the real Wiley died, and Nelle urged Brad to swap babies with her so her son wouldn’t grow up around the Corinthos family. Despite her efforts to keep her son away from his father, Nelle may be forced to reveal the truth.

In the ABC promo video, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) tells Michael that Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) should revoke the adoption and take Wiley back. “GH” spoilers reveal Michael finds Josslyn on the docks. Amid his mission to protect Wiley from Nelle, Michael will run into his sister, who will have a great idea.

Josslyn will suggest that Willow should take legal action to get Wiley back, and the young mother may be easily convinced to do so. In the ABC promo video, Willow asks Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) how she can be ok with Brad raising her son on his own.

If Wiley tries to take legal action to get Wiley away from Nelle, it could cause the former Pentonville inmate to reveal the baby swap to keep custody of her son.

Will Nelle be forced to expose the truth about Wiley, or will she take deadly measures to get rid of Willow?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
