The first season of Freeform’s “The Fosters” spinoff, “Good Trouble,” only ended a couple of months ago, but it’s already time to head back to The Coterie with the show’s Season 2 premiere tonight.

In the upcoming episodes, “Mariana (Cierra Ramirez), Callie (Maia Mitchell) and the rest of The Coterie crew will continue to navigate their early twenties as they deal with breakups, demand equality, find happiness and discover what it means to fight for what you believe in,” according to the synopsis.

But what exactly’s to come in episode 1?

After the “Good Trouble” Season 1 finale, which featured Mariana kissing Raj (Dhruv Uday Singh), Alice (Sherry Cola) coming out to her parents, Davia (Emma Hunton) and Dennis (Josh Pence) growing closer and Callie trying to decide between Gael (Tommy Martinez) and Jamie (Beau Mirchoff), there’s a lot that needs to be unpacked.

“The outcome of the Jamal Thompson [Spence Moore II] case is decided, and Callie is forced to decide what she’s willing to fight for,” the Season 1 premiere synopsis teases. “Mariana jumps into a new relationship but stumbles into a situation she wasn’t prepared to face. Alice attempts to win Joey [Daisy Eagan] back, while Davia attempts to help Dennis.”

The series also stars Zuri Adele (Malika).
