A snake bit a man and latched onto his head after he continuously taunted it.

In a video, posted on the Facebook page Reptile Hunters on Thursday, the man can be seen holding the reptile at one arm distance and continuously blowing into its mouth. The reptile, visibly agitated, begins hissing. However, the man continues to taunt it.

He then moves closer to the reptile and suddenly, the snake bites him and latches onto his head. He then unsuccessfully tries to pull the snake away. The video ends with the man bending down, still struggling to get rid of the reptile. The location of the incident was not known.

The video has since gone viral with over 170,000 views, with most users saying that it was “well deserved.”

“Serves him right, he should be treating them with respect. I hope it hurt and he learnt a lesson,” one user commented. “He deserved every bit of this... and I’m glad the snake got him,” wrote another.

“Watched that thinking 'bite the prick', just wish he got him in the face,” wrote another user.

It was unknown if the snake was venomous. The condition of the man was also not known.

In May, a snake bit an Oklahoma man on the forehead as he opened the front door of his friend’s home. The video of the incident showed the man opening the door when the five-foot-long bullsnake suddenly leaps into the corner of the camera and bites him on the forehead. The man screams in pain while clutching his face. He was rushed to the hospital.
