Nikki Reed is recovering well after giving birth a month ago.

On Thursday, the "Twilight" alum shared a photo of her and her brother Nathan August performing AcroYoga on Instagram. The siblings are partners when it comes to fitness.

"'Hey brother stay away from my uterus' Totally normal thing to say to your brother postpartum," Reed wrote in the caption. "This might make me feel like a badass but if you know Acro-yoga, you'll see it's really just a basic stretch. Can't do much yet, but while I wait and recover, I might as well do things that make me feel like superwoman with my big bro."

Ian Somerhalder's wife added that their mom thinks what they were doing was "super cool." She also thanked her brother for working out with her. "Thanks for the sweet afternoon Boog, I can't wait to get back into some serious moves with you."

Reed's brother shared the same photo on his Instagram and even complimented his "beautiful, loving, caring sister." "Can you believe how amazing she looks? I swear she's already in proper shape to join me for the San Diego Triathalon next month," he wrote in the caption.

According to Reed's older brother, the pose stretches her hips, triceps and abdomen which are still in repair mode. Reed and Somerhalder just welcomed their first born, Soleil Reed Somerhalder, on July 25. It took almost two weeks before Reed's delivery was confirmed. It was not surprising though as the "Thirteen" star already said that they would take the baby's first month exclusively for the family.

"We'll take the baby's first month for ourselves," Reed told Fit Pregnancy and Baby. "After the baby arrives, we're doing one month of silence. Just the three of us, no visitors, and we're turning off our phones too, so there's no expectation for us to communicate. Otherwise, every five minutes it would be, 'How are you feeling? Can we have a picture?' You don't get those first 30 days back, and we want to be fully present."

In the same interview, Reed admitted that the hardest part of her pregnancy was missing some of her favorite activities like mountain biking, riding her horse and AcroYoga. However, it looks like the new mom is ready to return to her routine.
