Jazz Jennings’ mother, Jeanette, could be too honest and straightforward at times and this was very evident in the finale of “I Am Jazz” Season 5.

In the last episode of the TLC reality show, Jeanette was cackling when she acknowledged that what her daughter has down there is something that’s both “man-made” and “very expensive.”

The finale featured Jazz’s desire to go skydiving for her 18th birthday. Unfortunately for Jazz, her physician, Dr. Marci Bowers, didn’t allow her to engage in the acrobatic sport since she still needs to have another cosmetic surgery in about six months.

“Dr. Ting cleared me to do everything — bike, swim, jump run,” Jazz told her surgeon via a FaceTime call as shown in the clip shared by TLC below. However, Jazz did not get the medical clearance she was hoping for.

“If you’re skydiving, you land pretty hard on your tail. I just don’t want to risk any injury to the soft tissues when we’re so close to your final surgery,” Dr. Bowers said.

Upon hearing her daughter’s conversation with her doctor, Jeanette admitted that she felt bad for Jazz. However, she couldn’t help but be happy with Dr. Bowers’ recommendation since she and Greg were also against it.

“I feel bad that Jazz can’t get to go skydiving for her birthday but selfishly, I am very happy because Jazz has a man-made vagina that is very expensive,” Jeanette said before laughing at her own words.

Greg also felt the same way about Dr. Bowers’ decision. For him, it’s actually good because it not just him and Jeanette who are against the idea. He’s also glad that Jazz heard it from her doctor.

Meanwhile, another storyline that was concluded in the finale was Jazz’s desire to move out of her parents’ house after her bottom surgery. The previous episode showed Jazz being so aggressive with the idea of living independently.

However, she had a change of heart in the last episode when she had a heart-to-heart conversation with her parents. After the finale, Jazz took to Twitter to reiterate her decision to continue living with her parents.

“My parents won! I’m no moving out! Even though I knew in my heart that this was the change I desired, I would only do it with their support, and I didn’t have it,” she tweeted.

Jazz was previously so keen on moving out that some fans of the show called her out and labeled her “a brat” for always wanting to get what she wants. Others also criticized Jazz because they feel like she was rushing things just so she could start experimenting with her sexuality away from Jeanette and Greg.

Jazz currently has a “no commitment” relationship with boyfriend Ahmir. The LGBT advocate told her beau in the penultimate episode that she wants to grow with other people, but she doesn’t want to part ways with him.

Nevertheless, may fans believe that Jazz and Ahmir could have already gone separate ways. Season 5 was filmed last year, and Jazz rarely mentions her boyfriend on social media. In fact, when Jazz said her “thank yous” on Instagram ahead of the finale, she forgot to mention Ahmir, who revealed last week that he’s been struggling for some time now.
