Jesse James wants to block his estranged wife Bonnie Rotten from entering their residence amid their divorce proceedings.

In his response to Rotten's most recent divorce petition, James, 53, asked a judge to allow him to stay in his home in Austin, Texas, and to prevent his estranged wife from entering the property as they navigate their split, according to the documents obtained by TMZ.

He also asked for exclusive use and possession of any cars and motor vehicles that he owns.

Rotten, 29, originally filed for divorce on Dec. 1 after she claimed she discovered that James was messaging other women, Page Six reported.

However, she called it off a day later, telling her followers in a since-deleted Instagram post that it was a "terrible week" and that she had "mistakenly posted my private business between my husband and I on social media." Rotten admitted that she didn't think news outlets would pick up her post and report about it.

"Yes, I filed for divorce. The next day I filed a non-suit to stop the divorce," she wrote in the lengthy statement obtained by TMZ. "I love Jesse so much and was very hurt by what I saw when I went through his phone."

She added that the reason she moved back in with James was that she didn't find any evidence of him having a sexual relationship with another woman.

"That's why I am here working out the marriage that I believe in," she continued. "There are things in the world with much more importance than our lives."

Rotten concluded her post by asking for peace so she could "focus on having a healthy pregnancy."

But Rotten refiled her papers in a Texas courthouse Tuesday to move forward with the divorce, according to TMZ.

Prior to her filing, Rotten trashed James on social media. In one post on her Instagram Story, she shared a photo of a sonogram and claimed that James was "busy trying to f–k other women" while she was pregnant with their first child, according to Page Six.

In a second post, she called James a "disgusting human being" and further claimed that she was warned by people about his alleged history of infidelity, the outlet reported.

James denied the cheating allegations and maintained his innocence.

"Baby I didn't cheat on you I swear!" the former "Monster Garage" host wrote in a since-deleted post on Instagram on Dec. 2, Page Six reported. "I'm sorry we got into a fight. I'm sorry I called you a 'retard' when we were fighting."

He acknowledged that he only made her angry and didn't make the situation better. James also admitted that he "was out of line and childish and immature" and apologized to his wife.

"I'm sorry I did that," he added. "Please know I've never thought about cheating on you. I've never tried to cheat on you. I've never had the urge to cheat on you. You are the only one I want, forever."

James and Rotten had a backyard wedding ceremony in June.

He was previously married to Sandra Bullock from 2005 to 2010. They divorced after a model came forward and claimed she had an affair with James. He didn't deny the infidelity allegations.

"Sandy is the love of my life, but considering the pain and devastation I have caused her, it would be selfish to not let her go," James said in a statement to People magazine in 2010.
