In his first Instagram post since Kelly Preston’s death, John Travolta dances with his daughter Ella in honor of his late wife.

The 66-year-old actor took to Instagram Friday to share the sweet video of himself dancing with his 20-year-old daughter. In the video, Travolta twirls his daughter on the dance floor as soothing piano music plays in the background.

"My daughter and I dancing in memory of momma. One of Kelly’s favorite things, dancing with me," he captioned the video.

Several of his followers took to the comments section to send their love to the family.

"Sending so much love to you all," one person commented.

"Wishing you and your family all the best," another user wrote.

"Wonderful. Makes me smile!" wrote another user.

Meanwhile, one of the followers also shared a memory of the late actress.

"I worked with Kelly in Denmark on the film “Return To Sender”. I was an assistant in the camera apartment back then. She was the most kind and amazing person on set. She spoke to everybody, a [very] kind and open person. All my love and thoughts from Denmark," photographer Nicolas Tobias Følsgaard wrote in the comments section.

Preston died July 12 after a two-year battle with breast cancer.

Travolta, her husband of 29 years, confirmed the news saying, "It is with a very heavy heart that I inform you that my beautiful wife Kelly has lost her two-year battle with breast cancer. She fought a courageous fight with the love and support of so many."

Ella too mourned the death of her mother on Instagram.

"I have never met anyone as courageous, strong, beautiful and loving as you. Anyone who is lucky enough to have known you or to have ever been in your presence will agree that you have a glow and a light that never ceases to shine and that makes anyone around you feel instantly happy. Thank you for being there for me no matter what. Thank you for your love. Thank you for your help and thank you for making this world a better place. You have made life so beautiful and I know you will continue to do so always. I love you so much mama," she wrote.
