  • Josh Duggar's wife Anna was present during an evidentiary hearing for her husband's child pornography case Monday
  • The couple smiled as they walked out of the courtroom hand-in-hand
  • Four of Duggar's five motions to dismiss or suppress evidence in the case were denied

Josh Duggar's wife Anna is supporting her husband amid his child pornography charges, as the couple was seen holding hands while leaving a courthouse in Arkansas Monday.

This was the first time they have been seen in public since Duggar was arrested in April and charged with two counts of receiving and possessing child pornography. He has pleaded not guilty to both charges.

On Monday, the former "19 Kids and Counting" star, 33, attended an evidentiary hearing at a Fayetteville court ahead of his trial, which is scheduled for Nov. 30.

In footage captured by 40/29 News, Duggar and Anna, also 33, smiled as they walked out of the courtroom hand-in-hand. He wore a gray suit, while his wife showed off her growing baby bump in a flowing pink dress. They are expecting their seventh child together.

Ahead of his trial, Duggar and his legal team filed multiple motions to dismiss or suppress evidence in the case. However, a judge denied four out of five of the motions Monday, including a motion to suppress photographs of Duggar's hands and feet taken while he was in custody, People reported, citing court records.

The judge also denied motions to suppress statements Duggar allegedly made to federal agents during the course of their investigation, dismiss the case entirely on claims that investigators failed to "preserve potentially exculpatory evidence and dismiss Duggar's indictment because of technicalities over who was running the Department of Homeland Security at the time of their investigation.

The fifth motion, another request to suppress evidence, has not yet been ruled on.

Duggar is accused of downloading files depicting children being sexually abused onto a computer at his now-shuttered used car dealership in 2019. A federal agent testified in May that at least 65 images of child pornography were allegedly found on the reality star's computer.

Amid his charges, Anna is "standing by" her husband, a source previously told People in May.

"She thinks Josh is innocent. [Josh] has seen [his] children with Anna there. She has to be there," the insider added.

Duggar's arrest happened just days after the couple announced that they are expecting another baby. He and Anna share six kids together — Mackynzie, 11, Michael, 9, Marcus, 7, Meredith, 5, Mason, 3, and Maryella, 1.

Due to the nature of Duggar's case, he wasn't allowed to go home. A judge ruled that he needs to be "in a residence where there's no minor in the home." However, he was granted "unlimited contact" with his children as long as Anna is present. He has not been allowed to see any other minor, including his nieces and nephews.
