Joy Anna Duggar is officially getting married before the summer’s end. A post in an Arkansas newspaper has seemingly foiled her plans for a secret wedding, revealing she and her fiancé Austin Forsyth have filed for a marriage license.

The “Counting On” Facebook fan page Duggar Family News posted an image of Joy and Austin’s wedding announcement in the marriage license section. The post did not reveal the date of Joy and Austin’s affair but did state the couple filed for the license on May 11 in Washington County, Arkansas.

“The wedding is soon,” the site added in the comment section.

The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported their own findings, sharing that the county’s rules dictate a couple has 60 days to marry for their marriage license to remain valid. This means Joy, 19, and Austin, 23, will be husband and wife before July 10.

The wedding update comes several days after the site reported Joy and Austin were scheduled to walk down the aisle on May 20. While it’s entirely possible the wedding happened in complete secrecy, it’s doubtful considering the popularity of the Duggar family. Not only do the Duggars tend to invite up to a thousand guests to each of their weddings, paparazzi are also known to get photos of their special day before TLC can air “Counting On” episodes of the event.

The Duggar Family Blog, runs by family friends of the reality family, has also been tight-lipped about the affair. “Quite a few rumors about the timing of Joy-Anna Duggar's upcoming wedding to Austin Forsyth have been circulating the internet, but we want to remind you all that no official word has been given,” the site recently posted. “When the couple chooses to make their special date public, we will share it with you. And rest assured, there will be plenty of exciting wedding footage coming your way from TLC and the Duggars.”

Joy and Austin announced their engagement in March, just shy of four months after making their official courtship public. The pair had been friends for 15 years before they started dating. And while the twosome hasn’t been forthcoming about their wedding plans, they have shared their hopes and dreams for the future with fans of their family’s TLC series.

While enjoying their joint bachelor and bachelorette camping party earlier this month, Austin opened up about his hope his children will enjoy the outdoors like him.

“I think I like outdoor activities because I grew up doing that,” Austin said in a TLC video. “My dad took me camping at a very age, our whole family, and it is just something we’ve always enjoyed as a family and I hope to transfer that over to our family.”

Similarly, Joy has also shared her plans for the next five years going into marriage. While speaking to Crown of Beauty Magazine last month, she dished about her desire to be a mom. “Lord willing, I will be married and a mother,” Joy said.

Joy followed up her baby comments while filming a Mother’s Day video for her mom Michelle Duggar this month, saying on camera she “can’t wait to be a mother myself.”

The tail end of Austin and Joy’s courtship, as well as his marriage proposal, will be featured on the upcoming season of “Counting On.” The new episodes beginning premiering on TLC on June 12.
