BTS member Jungkook turned 23 on Tuesday, Sept. 1, and his group members, along with millions of fans around the world, took to social media to wish him a happy birthday.

Jungkook has a lot to celebrate this year as his birthday came just on the heels of their all-English single “Dynamite” hitting no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. And just like every time a BTS member celebrates his birthday, the K-pop stars marked Jungkook's special day with sweet messages and tributes.

Referring to the massive Billboard chart achievement, BTS leader RM wrote on Weverse on the group's youngest member's birthday, "Congratulations to Jungkook's best birthday present."

"Billboard No. 1 Dynamite," Jin added on the BTS-focused app. "Jungkook receives a gift!"

On BTS' Twitter account, J-Hope shared a few behind-the-scenes pictures of Jungkook and congratulated his fellow BTS members for the Billboard feat. Of course, he didn't forget to express his gratitude to their fans, the BTS Army.

"Our little, very very happy birthday to you and hyung loves you a lot!" J-Hope tweeted.

"Members, congratulations on the Billboard #1 too. I'm happy because you guys are there and ARMY!! ARMYs you know that I'm more thankful to you and love you more than anyone?" he added.

"Happy 24th Birthday Jeungkook-ah, Hyung loves you," Jimin wrote.

Jin made another birthday post for Jungkook, this time sharing a photo of him and his fellow band member.

Meanwhile, Big Hit’s BTS official Twitter account joined the celebrations for Jungkook's birthday with a short video edit.

Fans of the singer honored him on his special day with the hashtags #HappyBirthdayJungkook, #JungkookDay, and #StillWithJungkook, all of which spent hours on the Twitter trending list.

More than half of the top 30 trending topics worldwide on Tuesday were related to Jungkook, Teen Vogue noted.

BTS also went live on the V Live app on Monday to throw a surprise birthday party for Jungkook.

"Everyone, we prepared a cake for Jungkook," Suga said while holding a cake.

Aside from BTS' latest Billboard chart achievement, Jungkook also recently broke a huge TikTok record after garnering more than 15.6 billion views on his hashtag on the app despite not having his own account.

Just days earlier, BTS fans, commonly known as Army, helped the music video of “Dynamite” accumulate 101.1 million views in a single day, making it the most-viewed music video premiere on YouTube.
