Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are ready to say goodbye to their first Beverly Hills mansion after purchasing a new home in the same area over the summer.

The couple is hoping to unload the 6,132-square-foot property for almost $9 million after purchasing the home for $8.5 million in March 2019, People reports.

Bieber first hinted he wanted to sell the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in October 2019. At the time, the “Yummy” singer began posting pictures from the home that suggested he was ready to move out.

“I think I wanna sell my home in Beverly Hills who wants it,” the singer captioned a photo featuring a side view of the living room.

In another photo, the 26-year-old captured a photo of the living and gave fans the opportunity to scoop up the property. “I’ll sell it with all the furniture. “MAKE AN OFFER,” Bieber wrote.

Whoever buys the home will become neighbors with Amazon’s CEO Jeff Bezos. Bieber’s current home sits on a cul-de-sac next door to the entrepreneur’s estate.

The couple’s Beverly Hills home features white-oak floors and kitchen cabinets, a formal dining room, a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a poolside patio.

The home also contains an infinity-edge pool, a large backyard equipped with towering hedges, a fireplace, and barbeque. The couple has listed the property for $8.995 million.

Bieber and Baldwin are expected to move into their new 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom mansion in Beverly Park. The 11,145-square-foot property was initially listed for $27,250,000.

However, Bieber bought the mansion for $25.8 million. A source revealed the couple’s new home is “very private with gorgeous lawns, an infinity pool, and a tennis court.”
