Miyuki Shirogane has been asked to take care of Maki Shijo in the student organization room in "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -Ultra Romantic-" Season 3, Episode 3.

The official synopsis of Episode 3 is out. Maki needs immediate medical attention after she faints due to an incident. Shirogane decides to give her company but he is freaked out after witnessing Maki's intense emotions.

In the previous episode, titled "Miyuki Shirogane Wants to Mediate/Kaguya Wants to Distract Him/Kaguya Preemptively Strikes," Miko Iino and Yu Ishigami were having tense moments as they couldn't stand each other.

Miyuki wanted them to get along with each other because they were the treasurer and auditor of the club. If they continued to fight, it would hinder their work.

"Kaguya makes a big fuss when she learns that Shirogane was invited to a karaoke group date and orders Hayasaka to remove him from the venue. Dissatisfied with such treatment yet unable to refuse her mistress' instructions, Hayasaka joins the party as Shirogane's acquaintance Smithee A. Herthaka and plans to ruin the atmosphere by airing out that Shirogane once dumped her," read the official synopsis of "Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -Ultra Romantic-" Season 3, Episode 2, according to Crunchyroll.

"And although she manages to get Shirogane out, a rebellious spirit against Kaguya has begun to grow...," it continued.

The cast of the anime includes Aoi Koga as Kaguya Shinomiya, Makoto Furukawa as Miyuki Shirogane, Miyu Tomita as Miko Iino, Konomi Kohara as Chika Fujiwara, Yutaka Aoyama as narrator, Rina Hidaka as Kobachi Osaragi, Ryōta Suzuki as Yū Ishigami, Takehito Koyasu as Shirogane's father and Yumiri Hanamori as Ai Hayasaka.

"Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -Ultra Romantic-" Season 3 is based on the original story by Aka Akasaka, which was first serialized in Weekly Young Jump by Shueisha.

The opening theme of the anime is titled "GIRI GIRI" and it is performed by Masayuki Suzuki feat. Suu. The ending theme, titled "Heart wa Oteage," is by Airi Suzuki.

"Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -Ultra Romantic-" Season 3, Episode 3 is scheduled to release Friday at 12.30 p.m. ET. Fans in the U.S. can watch the episode online on Crunchyroll. The episode will stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
