Kate Middleton has to thank Queen Elizabeth II for her “quiet transformation.”

The Duchess of Cambridge made a huge improvement as a royal. In fact, a source told People that Middleton is cementing her role as the future queen consort. Many have observed her growing confidence in her recent sightings.

According to Lucy Devine of The Sun, Queen Elizabeth II has contributed to Middleton’s “quiet transformation.” Earlier this year, the monarch made Middleton a Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order, which is the highest rank equivalent of a Knight. This honor is only bestowed personally by the Queen for services to the Sovereign.

Also, Queen Elizabeth II and Middleton share a very close relationship. The award the Queen bestowed to the duchess is thought to highlight Middleton’s important work as a member of the royal family.

Also, Middleton has certain qualities that Queen Elizabeth II loves about her. Her Majesty is fond of Middleton’s closeness to her family and attitude of not stealing the spotlight from the royal family. They also share the same passion for outdoors.

As for Middleton becoming the next queen years from now, many believed that she could handle the role because for the duchess, nothing is more important than the “Queen, country and family.”

“Kate’s view is that Queen, country and family come first. She is very clear on her priorities and the values that guide how she lives and works,” one of her pals said.

Middleton’s star signs also supported this claim. The duchess was born on Jan. 9, 1982 and has the star sign of a Capricorn. Based on astrology, Middleton can handle her growing responsibilities well because she is responsible, disciplined, independent and self-controlled.

“Capricorn is a sign that represents time and responsibility, and it’s representatives are traditional and often very serious by nature,” Middleton’s star sign revealed.

“These individuals possess an inner state of independence that enables significant progress both in their personal and professional lives. They are masters of self-control and have the ability to lead the way, make solid and realistic plans, and manage many people who work for them at any time.”
