  • Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are, reportedly, having fights amid the COVID-19 lockdowns
  • The 'Firework' singer is said to be stressing about being a mother very soon
  • Katy Perry claimed that she and Orlando Bloom are able to fix their issues most of the time

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are set to welcome their first baby together very soon. Many fans were shocked when the “Roar” singer first announced that she is expecting a baby girl in March. Katy took to Instagram to share the exciting news. There, she posted a snap of her fiancé, Orlando, beaming at the camera with his face being covered with a pink-colored cream, which is said to be a part of the gender reveal.

While numerous followers of the two stars are very thrilled to witness the arrival of their bundle of joy, new reports suggested that there has been “friction” between the lovebirds lately due to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor’s lifestyle. Woman’s Day Australia, in its May 11, 2020 issue, claimed that Orlando has been having a hard time controlling his partying ways since being in lockdown with the “California Girls” hitmaker. Pregnant Katy has, reportedly, been complaining that she is not used to be spending so much time with Orlando, who is also very sociable like her.

“He feels very hemmed in. Orlando’s very sociable and doesn’t like to be tied down, and they’ve never spent this much time at home together. Katy argues she’s not used to it either, but it’s taken two of them to make a baby – and if he continues the way he’s going, moaning about missing the old days, it will only need her to raise it. He certainly understands that it means she might leave him if he doesn’t rethink his priorities,” an unnamed source told the entertainment news publication.

“Katy loved how Orlando went big on the romantic gestures, but now she needs real-life support. She’s scared of becoming a mother and the whole birth process, and she feels very alone with it all. At this rate, with Orlando’s whingeing, she feels like she’s preparing to mother two babies. Katy’s a strong woman and she won’t let it go on for much longer. I can see Orly being told to shape up or ship out,” it went on.

This is not the first time that Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom were rumored to be facing some challenges in their relationship. In fact, in April, Us Weekly reported that several things have changed since the “Thinking of You” singer got pregnant. An anonymous insider even told the media outlet that Katy is stressing about the fact that she will be a mother soon while Orlando is anxious about having a baby at these difficult times.

The said report came out just weeks after Katy revealed on “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” that she and Orlando are prone to fights. Though the “Dark Horse” songstress did not specify the primary reasons behind their arguments, she said their frictions usually turn into something beautiful.

Both Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have yet to comment on Woman’s Day Australia’s latest report about them. However, with the magazine’s history of publishing stories based on the accounts of its unreliable and unknown sources, this could be another work of fiction waiting to be debunked. So, avid followers of the couple should take these unverified reports lightly.
