Khloé Kardashian has a message for those criticizing her and anyone else — keep the negativity to yourself.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star took to Twitter on Wednesday to share a message of positivity with her followers. She began by discussing her morning prayer ritual before moving on to a message about the dangers of spreading negativity. She begged followers to “be kind always,” reminding them that you don’t know what’s going on in everyone’s life. Khloé, 31, went on to say that being kind is easier than spreading negativity, adding that kindness can be “contagious.”

Khloé’s comments come amid reports that her estranged husband Lamar Odom is being urged to head to rehab. TMZ reported that the “Strong Looks Better Naked” author has suggested that the former Los Angeles Lakers player enter treatment immediately. She is said to have presented him with several options including an outpatient treatment. Lamar has reportedly declined all forms of treatment.

The father of three was seen at an Irish pub in Sherman Oaks, California, late Saturday night into Sunday morning. He was photographed at Johnny O’Brien’s wearing the same outfit he arrived to church in on Easter Sunday. Bartenders confirmed to TMZ that Lamar was at the bar for only a few hours, leaving with friends at around 1 a.m. PDT. He is said to have ordered and paid for three Remy Martin drinks during his visit. On Tuesday, after the photo surfaced, Khloé tweeted that she was feeling “helpless.”

Lamar is known to struggle with addiction and substance abuse. In October 2015, he was hospitalized after overdosing on a mixture of cocaine and herbal Viagra while visiting a Pahrump, Nevada, brothel. The combination left him in a coma, with doctors unsure whether he’d survive. Lamar woke up days later and began his long road to recovery. Despite the grim prognosis, he is said to be doing well.
