Is ‘Lethal Weapon’ On Tonight? What To Expect In Season 2, Episode 15
Many broadcast networks are opting to hold off on new episodes of shows tonight (Jan. 30) due to the fact that President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address will air live at 9 p.m. EST. across CBS, ABC, NBC, which means that there won’t be a new “Lethal Weapon” on tonight.
Fox’s TV reboot of the classic film franchise is currently in its second season, with its 15th episode set to premiere next week on Feb. 6. A one week delay isn’t too bad because it could’ve been a much longer wait until fans got to see this new episode, which will see “Murtaugh (Damon Wayans) and Riggs (Clayne Crawford) search for the culprit of a local jewelry heist,” according to the synopsis.
Also, Murtaugh gets called “grandpa” by a fellow parent while hanging out at the playground with his toddler daughter, which gets him all worked up, and Riggs struggles with withdrawal from drinking.

Though there’s no new episode of “Lethal Weapon” on Tuesday night, there is a re-broadcast of episode 6, titled “Gold Rush,” from this season of the series, where Riggs reunites with childhood friends and realizes that they might be part of a robbery-homicide case he and Murtaugh are working on. In that same episode, Murtaugh finds a joint hidden in his kitchen and he confronts everyone in his family about, but they all say it isn’t theirs, so he brings it into the police lab for testing.
This “Lethal Weapon” installment will air during the show’s usual time-slot at 8 p.m. EST, with the State of the Union coming on right after it. For those who don’t want to watch President Trump’s speech, there are quite a few other options to watch on TV tonight.
Prepare to see new high-jinks from detectives Murtaugh and Riggs when “Lethal Weapon” returns with a new episode on Fox on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 8 p.m. EST on Fox.
