Meet The Amazing 68-Year-Old

Sybil Kretzmer is a 68-year-old woman who has been worried about her health and that of her husband’s. According to Express’ report, she saw how her husband was in and out of the hospital because of health issues. For herself, she was also suffering from arthritis, extra weight, high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, and she just couldn’t stand it anymore.

With great courage and willpower, she came to Ultimate Performance Kensington. She wanted a health and physical overhaul to help her get rid of fat and live a better life.

Starting a regimen, she would train in the gym 3 times every week. She did this for 6 months. A the end of the period, she was able to lose 8kg.

Tough Routines

According to Sybil, it was during week 5 that she started to notice the difference. She then saw a curve in her arm. It was her first time to see her arm being defined. She did squats, bench presses, and deadlifts. In addition, she did rope tricep extensions, bicep curls, and lateral raises.

Because of her adherence to her gym time and to her routines, she dropped 3 sizes in her dresses, and she lost around 12cm off her waist. Overall, her body fat percentage dropped from 35 to 23 percent.

Waist measurement is very important in measuring visceral fat. For women, a waistline of more than 35 inches denotes a dangerous level. As many have proven it, proper exercise and a healthy diet are the most effective way to reduce or get rid of visceral fat. For Sybil, her exercise regimen was her “fountain of youth.”
