Machine Gun Kelly, who performed at Madison Square Garden earlier this week, took to Instagram to share a series of his own bleeding photos.

During the Tuesday concert, Kelly smashed a champagne flute on his head on stage with a mic in his hand, saying "I don’t give a f--k, bro. I don’t give a sh-t." Later, the blood was seen dripping from his forehead while he sang "My Ex’s Best Friend" on stage.

The photos shared on Instagram featured Kelly in a pink outfit backstage. He was seen with his fans and using his mobile. In a close-up photo, where the 32-year-old rapper was seen using his mobile, his hands had blood.

"NYC you’re my bloody valentine," Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, captioned the post.

Celebs and fans took to the comments section to share their reactions.

TV personality Vas J Morgan wrote, "Ouch." Photographer Nathan James commented, "Hahah dude u are wild." Actor Zach Villa wrote, "This is so hard," with a heart and a laughing emoji.

One of the fans wrote, "Hopefully this wasn’t another blood ritual," while another one added, "ILY but stop harming yourself."

During his performance on stage, Kelly also smashed his guitar and was seen screaming at one of his staff members, according to PageSix.

Kelly took to his own Instagram Stories to share the glass breaking and later singing with bleeding forehead videos. A user shared the same stories on Twitter on Wednesday.

This is not the first time when Kelly hurt himself. Previously, Kelly recalled that in an attempt to impress Megan Fox, he did stab his left hand with a knife.

Kelly recently discussed his mental struggles in his Hulu documentary, "Life in Pink," which was dropped Monday. The rapper revealed the moment he tried to kill himself with a shotgun while speaking with Fox on call.

"I called Megan, I was like, 'You aren't here for me,'" he said in the documentary. "I'm in my room and I'm like freaking out on her, and dude, I put the shotgun in my mouth and I'm yelling on the phone and like the barrel's in my mouth. I go to cock the shotgun and the bullet as it comes back up, the shell just gets jammed. Megan's like dead silent."

Kelly and Fox first met in March 2020 on the sets of "Midnight In The Switchgrass" movie. The couple went on to date for a year before they got engaged earlier this year.
