A 27-year-old man was arrested for pleasuring himself in full public view at a Starbucks in Miami Beach.

Blake Reign, who claimed to be a homeless model, was allegedly caught masturbating at the coffee shop on Collins Avenue and 29th Street. Several witnesses saw the man in the middle of the act at 9:30 a.m. Friday, police said.

An arrest report from the Miami Beach Police Department said officers arrived at the Starbucks on Collins Avenue and 29th Street after being informed about a “lewd and lascivious subject,” according to Miami Herald.

“What are you [expletive] doing? Get the [expletive] out! It’s disgusting!” said Alyssa DiMaria in a video she recorded of the man on her phone during the incident, Local10 News reported.

Cops arrived and spoke to customers, who claimed they saw the man inside the shop as well as in the outdoor seating area near the store. Officers then took a description of the man from witnesses and later spotted him on Collins Avenue, the arrest report said. When cops asked Reign to stop, they found him running away and chased him on foot before eventually tracking him down.

A struggle ensued as officers tried to handcuff the suspect. Cops had to shoot him seven to eight times with dart-firing stun guns during the chase. They also used “closed fist distraction blows” and kicked him in the lower back region before finally managing to restrain him, according to the New York Post.

The report said officers used the stun gun to “prevent the suspect from standing up and running away.”

According to Local10 News, a witness recorded the arrest and captured an officer shouting, “Sit the [expletive] down!” However, Reign refused to comply.

Sounds of the officers’ dart-firing stun guns were also reportedly heard in the video.

Starbucks released a statement following the incident.

“Once alerted to the customer’s behavior our partners took action and local authorities were immediately called,” the statement read, according to the outlet. “We want our stores to be a welcoming environment. and our partners are empowered to address any behavior that doesn’t meet our third place policy.”

Reign is facing charges of lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly conduct in an establishment and resisting an officer without violence. The bond is set at $700 and he is reportedly scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
