Yes, Marvel had a lot of TV shows canceled last year, but there are still going to be quite a few MCU adventures on the small screen in 2020. In fact, the TV shows will be more connected to the movies than ever as Marvel Studios starts producing limited series for some of our favorite Avengers. Take a look at all the Marvel TV shows coming out on ABC, Hulu and Disney+ this year:

“Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” Season 7 (Summer 2020, ABC) There is exactly one returning Marvel TV show this year. The first live-action show from Marvel Television will come to an end this year, but Phil Coulson’s (Clark Gregg) agents still have a few adventures left—especially after last year’s massive cliffhanger.

The gang traveled back in time to the 1930s because the Chronicoms are attacking S.H.I.E.L.D. by going to the very beginning. Not only are they in the early 20th century, but they have a Coulson Life Model Decoy (LMD) aboard as their resident S.H.I.E.L.D. history expert. While the gang starts off in 1931, it seems pretty likely that they might have to travel through time again.

“The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” (Fall 2020, Disney+) In “Avengers: Endgame,” Steve Rogers/Captain America (Chris Evans) got his happy ending and handed his shield over to Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie). What’s next? He’ll team up with Cap’s other bestie, Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan).

The duo will also find themselves crossing paths with Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp) and the villainous Baron Zemo (Daniel Brühl) again. Joining the cast is Wyatt Russell as John Walker, a U.S. agent that the government hopes to replace Cap.

Another important update: the Winter Soldier has cut off his luscious locks.

“Helstrom” Season 1 (2020, Hulu) Hulu canceled “Runaways” last year, but they’re still moving ahead with “Helstrom.” Daimon and Ana Helstrom (Tom Austen and Sydney Lemmon) play siblings who have a complicated family, to say the least. Their mother (Elizabeth Marvel) has been institutionalized for a couple decades, Daimon is trying to save his loved ones from demons and Ana is hunting down people who hurt others. The 10-episode series is expected to be a little on the creepy side.

“WandaVision” (2020, Disney+) The new streaming platform recently announced that the Scarlet Witch’s TV series is coming to screens sooner than originally planned. The series will star Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), and the limited series has been promoted as the project that finally reveals just how powerful she is (convenient timing since she’s set to co-star in “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” in May 2021).

Wanda’s show, which is said to be inspired by classic 1950s sitcoms, is going to have quite a cast of MCU stars. Despite his death in “Avengers: Infinity War,” Paul Bettany will reprise his role as Vision. Kat Dennings will return as Darcy for the first time since “Thor: The Dark World.” Randall Park will play FBI Agent Jimmy Woo, who was first introduced in “Ant-Man and the Wasp.” Teyonah Parris will play the adult version of Monica Rambeau, who was seen as a kid in "Captain Marvel." Meanwhile, Kathryn Hahn joins the cast as a new character.

Of course, it’s not just TV for the MCU. There will still be plenty on the big screen in 2020. See all the MCU movies coming out in 2020.
