A new “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” Season 3 trailer throws it back to Amy Sherman-Palladino’s past. There are “Gilmore Girls” and “Bunheads” alums in the new video, released Monday by Amazon Prime Video.

The more obvious appearance is from Liza Weil, who played Paris Gellar on “Gilmore Girls.” Not much is known about her “Mrs. Maisel” character, but it looks like she’ll be encouraging Midge (Rachel Brosnahan) while on tour.

“You see the world,” Weil’s character tells Midge. “The audiences, when they’re great, are really great. And you’re not having to go to your grave not having done anything interesting.”

She isn’t the only “Gilmore Girls” alum in the “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” Season 3 trailer, though. Sutton Foster appeared briefly in Netflix’s “Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life” in the Stars Hollow musical. She also starred in creator Amy Sherman-Palladino’s short-lived “Bunheads.” Though she isn’t seen in this trailer, she is heard.

Foster, who currently stars on TVLand’s “Younger,” sings “Perfectly Marvelous” from Cabaret over the new promo video. Sherman-Palladino has a Broadway history with Foster too. She produced “Violet,” a Broadway show starring Foster. It doesn’t seem like the Tony winner will actually appear in the season.

Sherman-Palladino has said they’re always looking for opportunities to bring in actors they love working with. Lauren Graham has said she’d love to be in “Maisel,” but it won’t be happening in Season 3. The creators have also said they’d like to bring in Kelly Bishop, who played Emily Gilmore.

“We’re constantly talking about Lady Bishop, Countess Bishop, our Contessa,” Sherman-Palladino told Page Six last year. “We love her so much, so yeah, we would love for her to be on the show.”

Fans will have to wait and see if any familiar faces besides Weil show up in the new episodes.

“The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” Season 3 premieres Dec. 6 on Amazon Prime.
