There were no grand prize winners for the Tuesday night drawing of $57 million with a cash value of $33.6 million, which means the jackpot went unclaimed.

The next Mega Millions drawing, which will be worth an estimated $70 million with a cash option of $41.3 million, will be drawn on Friday, May 6.

There were no instant millionaires following the latest lottery drawing. If a player would have hit the Match 5, they would have won a $1 million prize. However, players who would have hit the Match 5 with a Megaplier would have won $2 million apiece.

Despite the lack of instant millionaires from the night, there were several smaller monetary prizes. Five ticket holders won the Match 4 plus gold Mega Ball and walked away with $10,000 each.

Meanwhile, there was only one player who managed to hit the Match 4 plus gold Mega Ball with the Megaplier, winning $20,000. The rest of the prizes from the night ranged between $2 and $1,000.

The latest drawing comes as a $1 million winning Mega Millions ticket in Warren, Michigan is set to expire on Thursday afternoon. The ticket was purchased at the Warren Market for the May 5, 2021 drawing.

The winner has until 4:45 p.m. local time to claim the ticket at the state’s lottery headquarters in Lansing.
