Meghan Markle was criticized for showing her cleavage on Remembrance Day.

On Saturday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex joined Queen Elizabeth II, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Charles and other members of the royal family for the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance. Markle was stunning in her black Erdem jacquard midi dress. However, some found it inappropriate because it showed the duchess’ cleavage.

“The cleavage on this occasion is so unbelievably inappropriate,” one Twitter user wrote.

“I don’t know if she really does not get it! She is a smart woman to be fair but still she continues to disregard & disrespect tradition & an event like this which is extremely important to ALL people, not just the Royals. Meghan thinks it’s cool. No! It’s not smart. Stupid Rebel,” another commented.

Many was offended with Markle’s outfit for the event. One said that it was “cringey” before adding “the more solemn the occasion the more boobs on display!“

Some also questioned Markle because she looked so happy for such event. And again, the same netizen brought up the duchess plunging neckline.

Meanwhile, one online user said that she was a little surprise at Markle’s low neckline after she saw Kate Middletons’ outfit. However, she remembered that the Duchess of Sussex doesn’t follow protocol and does as she pleases.

While others felt that Markle’s dress was too revealing for the occasion, some found it ugly because it made her look bigger. One royal fan said that she looks thick in her dress and the bunching on the middle doesn’t help because it was too tight. One netizen accused the duchess of pretending to be pregnant.

“Obviously Meghan markle is pretending to be pregnant again with different size bumps (she had On a skin tight leather skirt few weeks ago but now she looks 7 months). Ironically, it’s Kate Middleton who looks like she has a genuine bump (sic),” the netizen wrote.
