Meghan Markle Television Comeback Rumors: Duchess To Star In Canadian Reality TV Show?

Meghan Markle has reportedly signed a deal to appear in a Canadian reality TV show about second weddings.

Page Six revealed that the Duchess of Sussex will make multiple appearances on “I Do, Redo” alongside her best friend, Jessica Mulroney. The Canadian stylist is the star of the Netflix show.

The publication described Markle’s upcoming appearance as sporadic. They also didn’t say if Prince Harry’s wife will be paid for her guesting. Page Six has reached out to the production companies behind the show, but they haven’t received a confirmation.

Meanwhile, Mulroney’s husband, Ben Mulroney, denied Markle’s appearance on “I Do, Redo.” He also said that the Duchess of Sussex has never been tapped for the Netflix show.

In related news, this isn’t the first time that Markle’s plans to return to acting and television have been revealed. Earlier this week, rumors swirled that Prince Harry and Markle will be gracing the upcoming Academy Awards this month.

While speaking with NW Magazine, a source claimed that the royal couple’s appearance at the awards show is expected to restart Markle’s career in acting.

“Meghan wants it to be her big debut back into the film world. She’s planning on wearing a jaw-dropping dress to generate maximum attention. It’s the last award and producers always get big-name celebs to hand it out. And let’s face it, no one is bigger than Meghan and Harry right now,” the source said.

The insider went on to say that Markle is planning her big acting comeback, and she wants to team up with some of Hollywood’s A-listers like Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon. Prince Harry’s wife also reportedly wants to meet up with Brad Pitt to discuss their possible future projects.

As of late, it is still unclear if the claims of the tabloid are 100 percent accurate. After all, Markle and Prince Harry have not confirmed their attendance at the Oscars.
