Miley Cyrus has been very active in dating people ever since she split from Liam Hemsworth. Naturally, her fans have been comparing her current boyfriend Cody Simpson with her past relationships. The singer, however, doesn’t like such comparisons.

Cyrus likes to talk about her relationships, and share romantic pictures on social media. However, one fans noticed that she used the same Instagram filter while sharing pictures of her with her partners, and the fan pointed it out online, E! News reported.

The comparison post quickly got people interested, and one of them who saw it was Cyrus. The “Slide Away’ singer responded to the post and said “classic,” without elaborating.

Before dating Simpson, Cyrus was in a relationship with Kaitlynn Carter. She married Hemsworth in December 2018, but the couple announced that they were separating in August. The “Slide Away” singer is currently busy finalizing her divorce.

After breaking up with Carter, Cyrus has been spotted with Simpson on multiple occasions in public. Her Australian boyfriend also got to meet the “Slide Away” singer’s mom recently, People reported.

Cyrus took Simpson to meet her mom for breakfast near Toluca Lake in Los Angeles. It was a casual meeting, and the singer and her boyfriend were seen t-shirts and jeans.

Tish Cyrus came to the café on her own while her daughter came with her boyfriend. After breakfast, Miley left with her mother while Simpson left separately. The Australian had confirmed his relationship with the “Slide Away” singer to the public on social media the night before he met her mom.

Simpson had visited Miley when she was hospitalized recently, and she shared pictures of the visit online. A source close to the singer told People that she underwent surgery for tonsillitis. The singer is back home now after the surgery.
