‘Mom’ Actress Anna Farris And Husband Chris Pratt Talk About His Cameo On CBS Comedy: ‘We Have A Sex Scene’ [PHOTOS]

Christy (Anna Faris) is going to get some much-needed action in “Mom.” Faris’ husband Chris Pratt is set to make an appearance in Thursday’s episode of the CBS comedy and he plays Christy’s love interest.

Season 4, episode 11, titled “Good Karma And The Big Weird,” will see Christy meet Marjorie’s (Mimi Kennedy) charming, handsome and eccentric nephew, Nick (Pratt). She is immediately smitten by the horse trainer but Marjorie declares him off-limits to her friends. Of course, Christy’s mom Bonnie (Allison Janney) is quick to encourage her daughter to pursue him.

Christy will flirt with Nick in the upcoming episode on “Mom.” During the episode, he teaches her how to mount a horse, sings a song for her and eventually kisses her.

This isn’t the first time the husband-wife pair have worked together on-screen. In 2007, the couple met on the set of “Take Me Home Tonight.” Soon after, they started dating.

Faris and Pratt dished details on his cameo to Entertainment Tonight. “We get to have this really nice relationship,” she said. Adds her 37-year-old husband, “We have a sex scene, like a sexy scene. We’ve been rehearsing that for 10 years.”

Working with his wife has been fun for the “Guardians Of The Galaxy” actor. “This is the most fun I think I’ve ever had on a set. It’s really nice to see your spouse in their work environment. Well, I don’t know if it is for everyone. It is for me ‘cause my wife is Anna Faris.”

Pratt is no stranger to TV having starred in “Parks And Recreation” in a guest role in 2015. However, it is his first time performing in front of a live audience.

Pratt’s 40-year-old wife isn’t the only one excited to have him on set. Faris’ co-star Janney said, “They have a great chemistry together off and on camera. All of us are just like, ‘Awww.’”
