A recent poll revealed which member of the royal family is the most unpopular one and it’s not Prince Charles, Camilla Parker Bowles or Meghan Markle. Even though all three royals have been plagued by tons of criticisms, they still ranked ahead of Prince Andrew.

The poll conducted by Metro revealed that the Duke of York is viewed negatively by thousands of respondents. This may be due to his friendship and involvement with the late Jeffrey Epstein. The latter was scheduled for sentencing for multiple accounts of sex trafficking but he decided to take his own life while in prison.

Meanwhile, the poll also revealed that Queen Elizabeth II is still the most popular member of the royal family at the age of 93. There are claims that she might abdicate in 2021 due to her old age, but royal fans still want her to be their Queen.

The Duchess of Sussex, on the other hand, is revealed to be most popular among the youth and those who identify themselves as politically left. Approximately 41 percent of those who participated in the survey gave Prince Harry’s wife a positive rating. Approximately 29 percent viewed Markle negatively.

Kate Middleton’s approval rating peaked at 67 percent. Markle’s approval rating is just 1 percent behind the Duchess of Cambridge. However, she experienced a drop in ratings among respondents between the ages of 55 and 64.

Last month, Tatler also conducted a poll of the royal family, and they found out that 44 percent of the participants prefer Prince William’s wife over Prince Harry’s wife. Among the 2,000 participants surveyed, 55 percent said that they think Markle has been good for the royal family. However, 45 percent of the respondents think otherwise.

Earlier this year, Markle and Middleton were also pitted against each other in the YouGov poll. At that time, 64 percent said that they like Middleton, while only 49 percent favored Markle.
