The irresistibly tasty dessert, ice cream, serves as a perfect frozen snack to satiate the hunger pangs and millennials like it flavored with chocolate the most.

Chocolate is the second most common flavor, surpassed by vanilla, to have been eaten for generations and doesn’t have a worthy rival yet.

The cult-favorite flavor of chocolate is best eaten when topped with some whipped cream swirls, sprinkles, or syrup. Indulging in a scoop or two of ice cream makes the weekends so much better and it’s never too cold to have an ice cream.

Since the tempting chocolate ice cream is one of America’s favorite desserts, June 7 is designated to be National Chocolate Ice Cream Day to honor the comforting sugary concoction.
