Supreme fans seemingly cannot get enough of the brand's limited releases. Each drop is met with high demand and those who follow the James Jebbia-created company are eager to learn of new collaborations. Therefore, Monday's announcement that a 2020 Supreme and Barbour capsule was headed their way was likely good news to the brand's followers. However, shortly after it was announced, information about the Supreme x Barbour collection was reportedly removed from its website.

While Supreme has yet to comment on the supposed removal of the collab announcement, according to the Supreme DROPS Twitter account, news about the 2020 collab was pulled. As seen in the tweet below, the most recent news articles available are now about Supreme's COVID-19 relief shirt, followed by the My Bloody Valentine collab and another release of spring tees.

Prior to the company allegedly pulling the information about the supposed release, reports detailed what pieces were set to be released later this month.

According to Hypebeast, the Supreme x Barbour Spring 2020 collection had featured skateboarder/designer Blondey McCoy in its editorial campaign. Additionally, as stated by the outlet, it had also been said that the new pieces would range in both style and functionality.

Upon its initial announcement, fans were told that the new collection would feature "a field jacket, waist bag, crusher hat and camp cap." It was also reported that the pieces would drop online on Thursday for the label's main website and on Saturday for its Japanese counterpart.

Previously, the last Supreme collab to excite fans came at the end of April when the skate brand teamed up with Japanese artist Takashi Murakami to create a box logo shirt that would specifically benefit COVID-19 relief efforts. Prior to its release, it was reported that 100% of the proceeds raised from each shirt would benefit HELP USA, an organization that supports youth and families facing homelessness amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

As for now, it remains to be seen what Supreme has in store regarding the Barbour capsule, so fans will have to stay tuned to see if and when any new information comes out about other 2020 release dates.
