Nicki Minaj called out Miley Cyrus on Sunday night at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles while accepting the award for “Best Hip Hop Video” for “Anaconda.” After thanking her fans and pastor, Minaj turned toward the VMAs host and said, "Now back to this b---- that had a lot to say about me the other day in the press. Miley what's good?”

The pop star quickly responded, “Hey we're all in this industry. We all do interviews and we all know how they manipulate s---. Nicki, congratu-f-------lations.” It seems like Minaj and Cyrus might have been joking with each other since the rapper smiled after she called out Cyrus.

As previously reported, Cyrus stirred up some drama with the rapper last week during a New York Times interview when she said she didn’t “respect” how Minaj handled her MTV Video Music Awards snub. Minaj had gotten into a little tiff with Taylor Swift after her video “Anaconda” didn’t get nominated for “Video of The Year.”

“I don’t respect your statement because of the anger that came with it,” Cyrus said. “You made it about you. Not to sound like a b----, but that’s like, ‘Eh, I didn’t get my VMA.’ ” The “Wrecking Ball” singer went on to say that she didn’t think MTV deliberately snubbed Minaj. “I know you can make it seem like, 'Oh I just don’t understand because I’m a white pop star,'" Cyrus said. “I know the statistics. I know what’s going on in the world. But to be honest, I don’t think MTV did that on purpose.”
