  • Sony is adding three new games, including "Rainbow Six Siege," to PlayStation Now
  • Other games include "The Evil Within You" and "Get Even"
  • "Rainbow Six Siege" is only available until November

Sony Interactive Entertainment brings in three new games this May for all "PlayStation Now" subscribers to enjoy.

In an announcement on their website, Senior Manager of Game Services Content Adam Michel revealed that “Rainbow Six Siege,” “The Evil Within You” and “Get Even” are now all accessible via PlayStation Now.

For “Rainbow Six Siege,” however, the game’s download is restricted to PlayStation 4 hardware. It is also only available for download and streaming for a limited time, with the offer expiring on Nov. 2, 2020.

The trio of offerings is undoubtedly a huge treat for fans, especially considering the $9.99 subscription fee per month (or $59.99 annually) for the service.

“Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege” is a multiplayer tactical shooter game that has been a massive hit since its release in 2015. It has further grown into popularity with its Esports tournament, with the latest prize pool in February 2020 amounting to $3 million.

As for “The Evil Within You,” it is a horror survival video game that is only three years old. As described in Sony’s announcement, it focuses on the male protagonist and his journey in search of his daughter that is long thought to be dead.

“Sickeningly brilliant creature designs and jump scares await as you explore the town’s expansive areas filled with dangers and secrets. But armed as you are with an arsenal of monster-shredding weaponry, as well as having the option to keep things low-key with a more stealthy approach, you’re ready to take on every abomination that stands between you and your family reunion,” Michel wrote about the popular horror game.

Lastly, “Get Even” is a shooter, puzzler and psychological thriller. The game is set in an insane asylum where the main character tries to unravel the mystery behind his incarceration in the asylum by “entering” memories.

For the uninitiated, PlayStation Now is Sony’s cloud-based gaming subscription service. Through the platform, customers can stream, download and play PS4, PS3 and PS2 games instantly on PS4 and PC. Currently, the service has over 800 games available for subscribers, with more titles being added every month.

PlayStation Now is available in 19 countries and nations, including the USA, UK and Japan.
